Is the "abuse rule" used today in unstructured material?

What information do we provide to those registered?

Is all the information we include necessary in our business?

How should we comply with the rights of the data subjects?

With what legal support do we process personal data?

How do we obtain consent for the collection?

What should we do with personal data incidents?

What are the specific privacy risks associated with our treatment?

Do our IT systems have sufficient protection for personal data?

IT manager in the organization?

How do we check that the data we no longer need to be deleted?

See personal data collected as if we have "borrowed" the information of our customers. They are on loan and we have to deal with them in a proper and judicious way. You can't / can't abuse a loan. Then you will soon have no information….
